More than 60 years ago, Mary Ann and John Valley began cooking out of their family kitchen, launching a humble catering service built on hard work, hospitality, and homegrown values. That small venture became Valley Food Systems—a second-generation, family-run company that has grown into a trusted food service and manufacturing partner in Ohio’s Mahoning Valley. For the past 25 years, we’ve proudly served the National Guard and expanded our role as a regional food manufacturer. Still guided by the same principles that started it all, our vision is to drive job creation, offer meaningful employment, and continue strengthening the manufacturing backbone of our community.
